The Golden Files

THE GOLDEN FILES

After a covert gala erupts in chaos, elite agent Eli Turner and hacker Tasha Raye steal a mysterious golden briefcase tied to a secret surveillance network called CIPHER. But what begins as a mission to secure a data drive quickly becomes a fight for truth—and survival—when they uncover a conspiracy using DNA to control governments, rewrite history, and erase identities.

Hunted by assassins, betrayed by their own agency, and pursued by a resurrected enemy, Eli and Tasha must stay alive long enough to leak the truth before their names—and the world as we know it—are wiped from memory.

Creative Process

The Golden Files began as a tightly written espionage concept from author D.G. Parker, but what stood out right away was the cinematic potential. From the first few pages, we knew this story had the bones of a high-stakes thriller that could play on screen.

Our role started with deep collaboration. We worked closely with Danielle to explore pacing, character arcs, and structure, reshaping the manuscript into a screenplay that met Hollywood standards. There were long discussions about tone, dialogue realism, and emotional beats—especially in balancing the story's complex technology with its human core.

Rather than pushing the author toward traditional pitching routes, we helped him understand how to present his work independently. We shared real-world insights into how screenplays are evaluated, how to communicate with producers, and what to say in meetings. He didn’t have to pay for an agent or representation to get that knowledge. Just time, trust, and a willingness to learn.

The final result is a script that delivers action, emotion, and depth without losing its original voice. Danielle now has the tools to speak confidently about his work, and The Golden Files is ready for the next stage.
